  1. Both of the green Matrix phones we purchased from AT&T for Christmas gifts broke apart within the first two weeks of use. Unfortunately, we got the same story as most of the other reviewers…AT&T assured us there was no problem with their phones and accused us of abusive use. Not a single AT&T representative (we spoke to at least 12) had heard of any problems with the Matrix design. Apparently AT&T employees don’t read Amazon reviews;) After experiencing the poor customer service from AT&T, my advice would be to try Verizon. If you don’t mind replacing your phone once a week and have no problem doing business with dishonest rude people go ahead and get the Matrix from AT&T but be sure to purchase insurance for it.

  3. Terrible in every way. I took it back and had to pay. I would have paid any amount to get rid of it. I could not load music even with cable and drivers installed. No support to help with problem. If you get this phone you will regret it.

  4. I bought this phone in red for my son for Christmas. In less than a month the top part of the phone had broken. I took it back to the shop where I bought it. The customer service rep called central office and had to convince them that it appeared to be defective. Within 1 week of receiving the replacement the screen turned white. Ofcourse they would not replace it again. The phone looks brand new but cannot be used because of the screen. I feel this phone is very poorly made. My son is back to using the old faithful LG flip phone that we have had for 4 yrs.
