I have had nothing but trouble with this phone. Battery life is next to nil – though this was explained away by the t-mobile reps as a problem with my reception. Apparently when you can’t get reception, your phone is constantly searching for service, thus, running the battery down. When I got the phone, it lasted 3-4 days without needing to be charged, and now it lasts less than a day on a full charge. Also, the keyboard is buggy – there is a delay of 5-10 seconds whenever I try to text. I called customer service and based on my issues and the fact that this phone is still under warranty, I was given the option for an exchange. They offered an even exchange, or I could take the Samsung t819. I was told that Tmobile will not be offering this model Razr anymore, so the phone they have that is most like the Razr is the t819. Now I’m wondering why they are removing this motorola phone from their lineup. Ideas anyone?

$400 for unexpandable 512 MB of internal flash memory and no option of expanding it with a microSD? Ch-ching$$$
T-mobile won’t sell these to current customers upgrading to their current phone. Thanks, T-Mobile. Way to keep the customers loyal.

This phone is pure luxury. The phone is mostly made out of glass and metal. The phone has 2 huge High Defintion screens. The phone has one of the best MP3 players you could find on a cell phone, comparable to ipods.
The battery is great it last around 4 to 5 hours. Camera quality is great, close to the quality of a disposable camera.

Hi, I was looking for a phone to buy, for a while and this Razr for the price looked really good. I paid 199$ with one year contract. About the phone, love the design, and the fact that to activate touch screen buttons like for music player you have to open phone first, and then select music. That way you wont start music accidentally in your pocket. Talking about music player it’s pretty good if you looking to buy an mp3 player and a phone, shop no more, that if you don’t need crazy space because phone comes with 2GB memory no expansion slot. But 2 GB is plenty, for few hours. Battery life is an ok, not great but about 4 hour talking time, music. last thing you can customize allot, like themes, beeps, ring tones, screen saver and so on. And did I mention that sound quality is the best I heard in any GSM phone. The biggest problem i think is the menu. It’s deep and sometimes confusing. In order to change ring tones you have to do 8 steps. You will have to read manual. Oh and it’s quite big comparing with other flip or slide phones, guys will love that fact, petite ladies will probably hate it.

This is bigger than the original razr but bigger is definitely better. I am usually not fond of battery life of motorola due to previous experience but this battery life is the best of the last 4 motorola purchases. You can download music, it reads your text messages to you if you choose and the internet is really fast and downloads full pages. No regrets.
