Lots of Features, but they forgot to make
the audio understandable.
I knew other reviews gave the phone audio less
than perfect grades, but did not expect to have
such terrible performance.
I would never recommend this phone to anyone.
It should not be on the market.

ok. this phone is good. it works great for about 4 weeks then the buttons stop working and the phone screens go black. i went through 18 of these phones. all with the same problems. i also suggest you do not get verizon wirelees. there survice is terrible. they wont even let me qualify for a early upgrade. very poor. im going to att

I’ve enjoyed this phone, which is a departure from most cell phones I’ve ever owned. I’ve never been satisfied with any phone I’ve purchased until I ordered this from Verizon.
I won’t take up any more space as most of the reviews have done an excellent job of listing the positive talking points about this phone..

Most of the features on this phone are ok except for the keyboard lock. The phone has made dozens of calls while it was (supposedly) locked and in my pocket or the holster. I took the original unit back to the Verizon store where I bought it and they refused to give me a differenct model i.e., flip phone. They did give me a new enV2 and it’s just as bad. This is very annoying since many of the calls it makes are to my wife. She answers her phone, sees it’s me and can’t hear anything. Don’t buy this one.
