I got this Phone for my Queen. She was reluctant to using this phone because it seem to be complicated but the more she used it the more she felt at ease with. She is currently a email sending, SMS texting, picture taking novice now. She love the tracking ball features and vivid colors that the phone has and she very glad that I got this phone for her.
